Autochthonous variety from the East Georgia region of Kakheti. Golden amber in colour with some sediment. Notes of pine, pear and quince followed by apple and stewed fruit. It has a long lingering finish with a pinch of tannin at the end.
Fermented in Qvevri. Not fined, unfiltered and low in sulfites.
Area of production: Kakheti, Georgia.
